G-AGE software was developed as a tool for the provision of rapid and efficient gear development environment, efficient operation management, and troubleshooting, making it possible to build closed loops in the gear design, actual production, and in the process of Sal and hypoid gear production.
By interfacing with the three-dimensional measurement equipment function and the Sal and hypoid gear’s flank form measurement function, it produces corrective settings, which are the feedback data of CAGE S/W and cutting M/C, providing a communication environment with the CAGE S/W and cutting M/C.
